Chi Gong is a method of building and directing energy in the body for either health or martial applications. Tai Chi and Chi Gong can increase the flow of Chi through meridians in the body; this aids in restoring health and mobility and in promoting the proper function of all organs in the body including the mind. Our curriculum includes Four Seasons Chi Gong which changes throughout the year to prepare the body for the changing seasons. Ba Duan Jin or Eight Section Brocade is practiced worldwide for health and longevity, and many other forms of Chi Gong.
