Wing Chun means “beautiful springtime“ and was created by the Shaolin Abbess Ng Mui, and named after her first student Yim Wing Chun.
This system concentrates on the theory of real life combat instead of numerous techniques and prearranged forms. A dedicated student may become a proficient fighter in a relatively short period of time with this system.
